At Ally Fashion, we want you to love your look; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached and proof of purchase included.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the items are unworn.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
